Thank goodness this film is on Disney Plus and not to mention it's best to see the movie before watching the tv series and I'm glad they brought Warrick back to play a older Willow once again.
What I loved about this film was how it portrayed little people as just ordinary folk. It didn't emphasize on their stature nor did it even bother to mention that fact. It portrayed this town as a place inhabited by citizens who just happened to have dwarfism.
Warwick Davis is so cute! He has such an endearing boyish quality of most people his age at that time (i.e. Sean Astin, Keith Coogan, Ethan Hawke, etc), whom I really admire!
Great movie!
Allora Dannon
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Back when Hollywood actually care about little people/dwarfs.
അൽഭുത ദ്വീപ് കോപ്പി ആയിരുന്നെന്ന് ഞാൻ ഇപ്പോൾ അറിയുന്നു

Back in the 80's, this was how I imagined Hobbiton to look.
Take notes Disney, you cast Dwarfs to play Dwarfs. Not a bunch of divk head college liberals
Anyone notice that the band consists pretty much of the cast of midgets from Time Bandits?
I've always loved that Gaelic bluegrass Hufflepuff folk music!
Good movie 👌🏽💯🧙🏽♂️
Knock off lord of the rings*
That’s Leprechaun ☘️
I guess you can say its what inspired Lord Of The Rings
@DJDizzyThe Kidd ?????? Tolkien publiced the Lord of the rings books from 1954 onward! I "guess"(!?!) the Willow movie is a bit younger than that!!
This is one of my childhood movies 🥰

Would you say nelwyns are like Hobbits or rather a race of dwarfs?
Dude, this just have been the most expensive film ever made. How TF did they afford all those midget extras?
Most of them had been in star wars before playing ewoks and any small statue characters.
The lord of the rings sequel we all need- joking of course
~1:17 Is that a young Peter Dinklage to the right of Willow?
1:14 to 2:10 (56, 28)
Ants Marching reminds me of the band in this scene.
They all look like chicken nuggets with little arms and legs.
I lived back in those days, it was fun.
I used to love this movie as a kid
I still do. But I used to as well.
What 0:50 🤯 1:40 ???

Gotta love Burblecut, or whatever his name is.
This movie would be seen as discriminatory nowadays.
0:23 Kenny Baker, aka R2-D2, playing the conga.

I use to watch this movie all the time growing up back in the day
Same
Willow aired a lot on HBO and Showtime back then.
Are those people still alive
Many of them are including the star of the movie who played Willow
^He was _Professor Flitwick_ in the _Harry Potter_ movies. _(and a few other characters)_

@1:03- The little guy from Labreynth.
Where'd they find so many dwarfs to film this? I've seen like 3 in person my entire life 😂
George Lucas brought most of them back from playing Ewoks in _Return of the Jedi._
